The Cartier Santos was released in 1904 when Louis Cartier made a watch for his friend, daredevil and pilot Alberto Santos-Dumont; thus, making it one of the oldest worn watch designs of our time. The biggest challenge of drawing the watch was the design of the leather strap, but this is what completes this timeless, elegant icon.
