Tank

The "Tank" is one of the most iconic dress watches. The original design was based on a war tank which is a very violent object. Despite that, the design of the watch is very elegant and sophisticated. 

The art itself was made by graphite and blue coloured pencils. A few weeks ago I woke up in the bed, and this idea came into my mind. In this vision, these iconic Roman numbers flowed into the dial. This was the starting point for the art, after that I made 15-20 sketches before I choose the right one. I commissioned a flag maker expert who created this flag for me. The whole process was around 80 hours of drawing..
